Digital Download Promotions
Are recipients obligated to buy anything else once they download their free content?
No. However, if customers would like to purchase more content they may.

Do recipients really own their songs, ringtones, etc?
Once customers download the free content they can play them on their computer, mobile phone, or portable music player as many times as they want.   They can even burn the songs onto a CD.

Is this service legal?
Yes -- all content provided by MediaTree is legal.

Do these PIN numbers expire?
Standard PIN numbers expire in six months but can be tailored to expire in 12 months or more.

 

Music Downloads
Do recipients really own their songs?
Yes. Once customers download the free songs they can play songs on their computer or your portable music player as many times as they want, or they can even burn the songs onto a CD.

Is this service legal?
Yes -- all music is licensed and completely legal.

What portable music players are supported?

Ringtones
What cell phones are supported?
Not all cell phones support ringtones, and not all cellular services support downloadable ringtones. That's why Ringcandy offers other entertainment content for your cell phone, such as wallpapers, games, etc. However, Ringcandy qualifies each cell phone and cellular provider prior to offering content.  In the event that your cell phone does not have text messaging capabilities or is not supported in our platform, then you will receive a FREE MUSIC DOWNLOAD instead.

Movie Tickets
How many theaters participate?
There are approximately 2,000 movie theaters participating with Fandango. That's over 70% of theaters nationwide.
What if a customer doesn't live by a participating theater?
Fandango has a movie ticket refund process for customers who do not live near a participating theater, which offers that customer a VISA® Gift Card for the average cost of a movie ticket in that geographic location.

 

Photo Print Cards
Can customers send film from a regular camera?
Currently, this service is only for digital files from digital cameras, camera cell phones, and files that have already been digitized.

What magazines are currently offered?
A select listing of over 30 magazine titles include: Good Housekeeping, Redbook, Fast Company, Motor Trend, U.S. News & World Report, Smart Money, Disney Adventure, and many more. Titles are subject to change, so please check with your representative for more details.

What DVD titles are currently offered?

Does the Pizza Card include tax or gratuity?
Tax is included in your order, however, driver gratuity is not.

Is the pizza certificate accepted at any Domino’s or Papa John’s location?
Each promotion is specific to a particular pizza chain; either Domino’s® Pizza or Papa John’s® Pizza.  After choosing which provider to power your pizza promotion, the certificates will work in any of that chain’s United States retail locations.

What if there are no restaurants in my area?
The Gourmet Rewards program also has relationships with other major vendors that will still reward your customer in the event that a participating restaurant isn’t found.  Such vendors include:  Mrs. Fields, Boca Java, SpaWish, The Fruit Company, Cigars.com, and more.

Unfortunately, the games are only compatible with your Windows-based PC system.

Are these games COPA Compliant?
The Child Online Protection Act (COPA) is a law in the United States that was declared for the purpose of protecting minors from harmful sexual material on the Internet.  Each game is COPA Compliant and suitable for all ages and are great for Family Fun Night.

How many text phrases are on the backs of each card?
Each card contains 60 phrases—30 text phrases and 30 smiley icons.
